		<description>a little deconstructed lemon meringue pie action there? :)  looking good.  meringues dont really have any fat in them though, whites are just protein, so they&#039;re pretty healthy as far as desserts go.  lemon curd is another story, however.  good luck trying to figure it out.  its a lot easier in the kitchen with all the running around to keep the weight off. :)

have you tried the swiss meringue yet?  thats probably my favorite kind.</description>
